Personal Training - Individual Training
Before commencing with any training, our trainers will conduct a complimentary consultation. This will involve looking at posture, any muscle imbalances and assessing the client’s goals. This is vital information for our trainers to mould a fitness program specific to your needs and wants. Once the program has been developed and it is time to begin training, our trainers will be on hand to ensure it is executed safely and professionally the fitness program.
