Todd Koning (Managing Director)

Residing from the Gold Coast, Australia, Todd has extensive international experience both as a player, coach and manager. His experience in coaching ranges from the youngest beginner to the tour level professional player. He has managed, designed and executed several adult and junior development programs within the private and public facility sectors.

Leslie Gerasmio (Administrator)Leslie completed her bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has since moved to Singapore to work and has been in the business since 2008.

Leslie Gerasmio (Administration Manager)

Leslie completed her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. At an early age of 20, she moved to Singapore to start her career. She is armed with extensive experience in administration, service and management.

Gabby Remigio (Director Of Tennis / Operations Manager)

Gabby was born in Quezon City, Philippines. He picked and held up a tennis racket as early as 5 years old. Gabby was nationally ranked #1 in the 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s in the Philippines. He worked with high performance, junior and adult programs at John Newcombe Tennis Ranch, New Braunfels, Texas, USA in 2006. United States Professional Tennis Association certified since 2007- USPTA National Headquarters, Houston, Texas, USA.

 
Jaylord Ginete (Swim Coach)Jaylord is a former Swimming Varsity Team-Scholar in the University of San Carlos, Cebu Philippines. He’s been participating in Singapore National Games and Singapore Masters Meet - broke the record for 200m Breaststroke  SGMaster Swim Meet 2014. Jay is Austswim Licensed in Water Safety, Teachers of Swimming Competitive and Assessor. He has also completed ASCA Level 1&2 (American Swimming Coaches  Association) as well as Swimming Australia: Developmental Coach (formerly Bronze).

Eena Asparin (Swim Coach)

Coming from Bacolod City, Philippines, Eena carries with her 12 years of experience in coaching all levels from babies, toddlers, adult to competitive and triathlon levels. She is a member of National Age Group Triathlon Association and Triathlon Association of the Island of Negros in the Philippines. Eena is Austswim certified in Swimming and Water Safety.

Junito Rivas (Swim Coach)

Junito is a coach from the Philippines with years of experience in handling different level of students. He’s worked as a lifeguard in Sports SG Recreational Center before joining TFL for a full-time coaching position. He actively participated in national and international swimming competition during college days, and recently competed SG MASTERS swimming competition and OPEN WATER swimming in SINGAPORE. Junito holds a certification from Austswim and BRONZE MEDALLION (lifesaving certificate). He is experienced in coaching all levels from basic to competitive and open water swimming.

 

Russell Arcilla Jr (Tennis Coach)

Russell came from a known family of tennis players in the Philippines. At an early age of 6, he began to play tennis. He has been Nationally ranked No.1 in junior singles under age group 10’s and 12’s and ranked No.2 under 14’s, 16’s and 18’s. Russell represented the country at the Junior Davis Cup held in Australia and joined the World Group Cup in Europe. Russell became one of the most successful players reaching Top 8 in the Philippines National Men’s Singles.

He obtained his certification from Philippine Tennis Association as a professional tennis coach. He then continued his career as a coach and entered tennis academies such as Ayala Alabang Tennis Academy and TAP Tennis.

Bianca Nielsen (Junior Swim Coach)

Bianca began her career as a swimming coach after completing AWSS and ASCTA certifications in 2019. She has since been teaching across all skill levels and ages from beginners to semi competitive. She has developed individualised lesson plans focusing on stroke development, water safety, and building confidence in the water. Apart from coaching, Bianca expanded her teaching skills by working as a teaching assistant for an international school. Her experience in coaching and teaching assistant role have equipped her with a unique skill set that allows her to excel in providing swim lessons that prioritise both skill development and safety.

Ning Cortado (Swim Coach)

Ning is a coach and swimmer from the Philippines who is armed with over two decades of coaching experience across all levels. She has been swimming competitively at the age of 6, a former member of the Philippines National Swimming Squad and holds several age group records for breaststroke.

Some of her qualifications include Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (TSW), Infant and Preschool Aquatics (INF) and Towards Competitive Strokes (TCS). Ning also completed ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) Levels 1, 2 & 3 as well as Swimming Australia Developmental Coach (formerly bronze),

Roel Pacana (Tennis Coach)

From Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, Roel is a seasoned tennis coach with over 17 years of experience, catering to players of all levels. A Certified Tennis Professional of the USPTA, he provides personalized, adaptive coaching, aimed at meeting individual needs and aspirations.

Also a Certified Developmental Coach from the USPTA, Roel specializes in nurturing emerging talent, combining encouragement with challenge to elevate players’ games. His deep understanding of tennis and commitment to student progress make him the ideal coach for those looking to refine their skills and unlock their full potential.
